About Us

Organizational Structure

The Foundation is organized exclusively as a charitable Foundation, a not-for-profit organization legally registered in Belize. The Foundation is committed to fiscal responsibility and is managed on a voluntary basis by a Board of Directors. The board of Directors is responsible for the management the day-to-day activities, and transactions of the organization with support from a dedicated set of volunteers who have vested interest and passion in serving the Belizean community, especially the vulnerable community.
